1When is the event?

This Public Works Seminar is a 2-day event beginning on Monday, August 12, 2024, and ending on Tuesday, August 13, 2024.

2Will this event be offered online as well?

No. This event will only be offered in person.

3What are the parking arrangements?

Parking will be complimentary for all guests attending the “LMCC 2-Day Public Works Seminar.” When you arrive at the Convention Center parking lot, simply provide the parking attendant with our event name to receive complimentary parking. Parking Map

4Will there be Wi-Fi?

Yes, Wi-Fi will be available for attendees to connect to.

5Will meals be provided?

Yes. LMCC will be providing complimentary breakfast and lunch on both days of the event.

6When will there be an agenda?

We are working on providing attendees with an agenda for Day 1 and Day 2 as soon as possible. If you are not sure if you can attend both days, we recommend waiting to register closer to the event date when the agenda is available.

7When will registration be open until?

We are planning to have registration open until Friday, August 9, 2024. (this date is subject to change)

8Will the presenter’s slide shows be available for attendees on the day of the event?

The presentation material will only be available digitally. If you would like a printed copy, you will have to bring your own.
*Presentation material will be available to download on this website a few days before the event.

9Does LMCC have a room block at any of the nearby hotels?

No. Since there are so many close by hotels to the Convention Center, we have left the option for attendees to stay at any hotel that has availability.
